We specialise in flame retardant finish on high quality cotton nightdresses and pyjamas in garment form to the BS5722 Standard and are UK’s leaders in this field.
We have installed new purpose built computerised machinery in a modern industrial unit and are capable of processing load sizes of 5k to 50k including sample & development work
This flame retardant process is long and complex and requires precise control with close supervision. Our purpose designed and superior machinery enables us to process the garments with minimum shrinkage, abrasion damage, strength loss and yellowing.
The finish is permanent (tested up to 50 washes), odour free, and completely safe for the wearer.
We will also undertake reapplication of flame retardant finishes to public textiles such as hospitals, theatres, aircraft and industrial work wear.
We operate to short turn round times and can also offer a garment finishing, packing and delivery service.
